NOVA is short for North Orange and Virginia, and is located in the heart of the Ivanhoe District. It has easy access for everyone in Central Florida, plenty of convenient parking and a gorgeous lake view. In case you were wondering - the restaurant lighting is set for you to look good whether you’re on a date, relaxing with family and friends, or in the mood to snap a selfie!

The menu is inspired by Executive Chef Valintinus Domingo’s lifetime of travels as well as his southern and Pacific Islander roots. NOVA local culinary partners include Lake Meadow Naturals, Seminole Pride Beef, Lombardi’s Seafood, My Yard Farm, Ancient Olive, Local Roots, Dakin Dairy, Cahaba Farms, and Springer Mountain Farms. NOVA has also only used local businesses to design and build everything in the restaurant - from the light fixtures down to the tables and floors.

The cutting-edge bar at NOVA serves everything from creative craft cocktails to boutique wines and local draught beers. You’re going to love what the doctor ordered when you try our Penicillin, and you’ll be buzzing about our Bee’s Knees. Seriously, make our bar is a MUST on your to-do list.

About Us

NOVA is a dream come true for founder, Mark Stillman, who has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant business. Mark’s love for the business and expertise stems from his partnership in the Atlanta based “101 Concepts,” the group behind famed Food 101, Cibo e Beve and Meehan’s Public House.

Stillman moved to Orlando to find the perfect location for what he calls his “dream concept.” To help bring that vision to life, he brought in two of his favorites from 101 Concepts, Wesley Lynn and Val Domingo. Lynn serves as Managing Partner, and Domingo as Managing Partner and Executive Chef. Together, this trio defines the meaning of work hard, play hard!

At NOVA, we invite you to come as you are-whether in your work clothes or out on a date, dressed to impress. The only rule we have is that you arrive ready for a culinary journey, and hospitality that’s straight from the heart.
